The best way to buy cheap international air tickets online. We tried travel agencies and they can not compete with discount ticket sites. You can search Google ( "cheap airfare South America", for example), or go directly to one of the most famous sites, like Expedia, Travelocity, Cheap Tickets, Hotwire or Priceline.
I just did a quick search of the cheapest airline tickets from Tucson, Arizona, to Buenos Aires, Argentina, using the five sites mentioned. They ranged from $ 1221 to $ 873, but rates were higher than $ 3728. Hotwire happened to have the cheapest, but they were the worst of the five when I searched for the domestic flight earlier. You can not say which service will find the cheapest international airfare from week to week. My number one money saving recommended to always check several websites when purchasing low-cost flights.
My Accidental $ 1000 Discovery
Before going to Ecuador, I searched several sites, which are involved in low-cost international airline tickets. Cheapest airfare from Traverse City, Michigan to Quito, was $ 1720. Out of curiosity, I checked Miami to Quito, and it was only $ 400. Air travel from Traverse city of Miami is $ 300. Book two separate flights and save more than $ 1000! Discount sites are not set up to check in such a way (yet), so you have to do so on their own.
If your first flight is late and you miss the second, you can not get redress, but it is still cheaper (every time I checked) to book flights to Miami and catch a flight to Quito without a reservation, thus avoiding this problem. This strategy is best for those in towns without international airports. If you live in Miami, you already have cheap international airfares.
Courier Flights
As the air courier, you can get really cheap international airline tickets
a href="http://www.ticketfront.com"> http://www.ticketfront.com a> courier companies ship material in the luggage space of an aircraft passenger because it can be quicker, cheaper and more reliable than sending the goods without escort, as well as checked luggage bypasses many of the typical customs delays. Courier company begins by purchasing tickets and then resell the tickets for you. In exchange for your luggage space, they give you a discount on tickets.
Example Courier Flight
I saved over $ 150 on my plane tickets this way when I went to Ecuador the first time. I had to walk several suitcases of automobile parts through customs, but there was no representative of the courier company or an end, and I really got to look inside the luggage, so I knew that I was carrying. I had to carry a plane propeller on the return journey, but it was not too much trouble, and made a good story.
Limitations to the courier travel
You generally can only be air courier if you travel alone. After a while, the courier company will have the opportunity to fly on or near the same date. Otherwise, your travel partner can pay full fare on the same flight. You also can usually only bring carry-on baggage, as well as point to the shipping company to use your checked baggage allowance.
Really Cheap Courier Flights
Sometimes air couriers fly internationally for free, and almost always very cheap. It is a matter of how badly the company needs you, and how flexible you can (you can fly to Paris on Friday?). In general air courier opportunities are becoming rarer, due to recent heavier regulation of international flights. There are still opportunities for cheap tickets, however. You can learn more in the Air Courier Association Website (www.aircourier.org). ACA can also help you to get really cheap airline tickets through the airline ticket wholesalers, discounters, last minute event, and to stand for the trip.

When searching for fares using the discount websites, try several different departure and return dates if you can. The difference in a day or two, you can save a lot. There is little logic airfare pricing, so do not try too hard to figure it. Just be aware that if you leave on Friday but on Wednesday (or vice versa), you can save $ 100.
Check the boxes that say "any time" at the exit, and 2 or more flights. "Even if you're not sure what you want to leave at midnight, to see what your options-savings could change its decision. Where the search criteria allow you choose to take those that are least restrictive for the airlines. Again, if the savings were not enough, you can always book first class, direct flights, or whatever you prefer.
Buy your tickets at least one week in advance is usually cheaper. In addition, there can be no dramatic difference (but not always) if your trip more than thirty days. You can reduce it from 32 to 30 days to save hundreds of dollars on your fare. Play with the dates on one of the websites mentioned. You never know what you might find.
Want to Really Cheap?
You can use the bus in the city, unless you live in one, and then take an international flight from there to save some money. My wife recently, and I went to Ecuador for six weeks. Cheapest discount airline tickets on the site could be found for $ 3400 two of us. Taking a bus to Miami ($ 352 round trip for 2), and then flew from there to Quito ($ 622 round trip for 2), we have saved over $ 2400 - even after the taxi from the bus station to the airport. This is big money for us, certainly worth an additional day and half by bus. (On the whole six weeks cost less than $ 2500.)
The bottom line is that if you spend a few minutes or an hour to do some research, you can save hundreds of dollars. Good luck and happy travels.
